I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist, and Registered Yoga Teacher. Prior to opening my practice, I worked as a social worker in the local community at an outpatient mental health clinic, serving children, adolescents, and their families. I have training, as well as experience, in many different treatment modalities, including Child Centered Play Therapy, Theraplay, Child Parent Relationship Therapy, CBT and TF-CBT. I also utilize my training as a Yoga Instructor and implement yoga and mindfulness in therapy when applicable.
